Message us here, or email support@menufuel.com from the address you signed up with, and tell us what's happening. A real person replies within 2 working days. Please never send us your card details.

Signing in

1. Enter the email address you signed up with.
2. We email you a 6-digit code. Type it in to sign in. Codes work for 10 minutes.
3. No code? Check your spam or junk folder for an email from hello@menufuel.com, make sure the address is spelt right, and ask for a new code.

On iPhone, the Home Screen app doesn't share sign-in with Safari, so you'll need to sign in once inside the app too. Your answers and plan come with you.

Add MenuFuel to your Home Screen

MenuFuel works best as an app on your Home Screen. Follow the step-by-step guide. If you opened MenuFuel from Instagram or Facebook, open it in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) first: in-app browsers can't add it to your Home Screen.

All plans include the same features. Eligible first accounts get a 7-day free trial.

Manage or cancel your plan

1. Open MenuFuel and go to Profile.
2. Tap Manage subscription.
3. In the page that opens, you can cancel, change your card or download invoices.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again. Deleting the app from your Home Screen doesn't cancel your plan. Can't sign in? Email support@menufuel.com and we'll cancel it for you.

Refunds

Wrong nutrition numbers?

Our numbers come from each restaurant's own published data (see Source of data & AI). If something looks off, email us the restaurant and the item and we'll check it.

Delete your account

Email support@menufuel.com from the address you sign in with. See our Privacy Policy for what we delete and keep.
