Refund Policy

If something isn't right, email support@menufuel.com from the email address you signed up with, and we'll sort it out.
Cancel any time
You can cancel your plan yourself at any time in Profile → Manage subscription, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Free trial
Every billing option starts with a 7-day free trial if it's the first plan on your account. Cancel any time during those 7 days and you won't be charged at all. We email you 3 days before the trial ends as a reminder.
Your 14-day right to cancel (UK and EU)
UK and EU consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. We do not ask you to waive your statutory cancellation rights at checkout. During the free trial you can still cancel without paying anything. Your other legal rights aren't affected: if MenuFuel doesn't work as described, you're entitled to have it put right, and in some cases to a refund.
Asking for a refund
Charged when you didn't expect it, forgot to cancel a renewal, or MenuFuel didn't work for you? Email support@menufuel.com with the email address you signed up with and the date of the charge. We look at every request individually and will always be fair, especially if you've barely used MenuFuel since the charge. We'll reply within 2 working days.
Chargebacks
If there's a problem with a charge, please contact us first: a refund is usually faster than a bank dispute.
How refunds are paid
Your payment is sold through Onelink (Stripe's merchant of record service). Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe and Onelink, including any tax you paid. Your bank may take a few working days to show it. You can also contact Onelink's support about a payment: Onelink may refund purchases within 60 days in some cases.
